• Confirmation - Please allow 1-3 business days for us to receive your order and personalize our file to your requested information.
• Proof - A proof of the design will be sent to you after it is created, to ensure the design is exactly how you would like it. Expect to see this proof in your email within 4 business days of your purchase. Please approve within 48 hours. If proof is not approved within 48 hours, we will cancel your order.
• Production - Once you have approved the design, please allow 3-6 business days (based on size of the order) to create each can cooler.
• Shipping - All orders will be shipped via USPS. Shipping typically takes between 1-4 business days to arrive to their destination. Please note, any delays with USPS after the item has been shipped, is out of our control. We will do our best to follow up with the post office to gather as much information as possible for you.

Please expect up to 5-7 Business Days for you order to be processed and shipped.
